Heat packs

I was in need of a heat pad this week and had limited energy and time. I wanted something that was fast and easy!
With two very active boys who we have lots holes in pants which this summer were made into cut-offs.

I have lots of these lying around

So with two seams and a little rice I had an instant heat pack.

Once again it pays not to throw things away.
